One hour to rewrite the past . . .
For seventeen-year-old Emerson Cole, life is about seeing what isn't there: swooning Southern Belles; soldiers long forgotten; a haunting jazz trio that vanishes in an instant. Plagued by phantoms since her parents' death, she just wants the apparitions to stop so she can be normal. She's tried everything, but the visions keep coming back.
So when her well-meaning brother brings in a consultant from a secretive organization called the Hourglass, Emerson's willing to try one last cure. But meeting Michael Weaver may not only change her future, it may also change her past.
Who is this dark, mysterious, sympathetic guy, barely older than Emerson herself, who seems to believe every crazy word she says? Why does an electric charge seem to run through the room whenever he's around? And why is he so insistent that he needs her help to prevent a death that never should have happened?

This book just sounds interesting to
me. It seems to have a decent rating on Goodreads and I have never read
anything quite like this. I’m not sure if it’s a time travel book but that’s
what it looks like maybe?
I love the cover of this book and the
sequel. That's really all I can think of as to why I want it. I haven't seen a YouTube review on it and I usually don't read the reviews on goodreads I just look at the ratings.
I probably won't pay full price for this but if I saw it at Half Priced Books I would definitely grab it. I would like to find out for myself how this book is.
Have your read this? What did you think of it?
I've been wanting to read this one for awhile now! I already have a copy, but I just can't find the time to read it....Great choice!

Sounds interesting! If you end up reading it, I'd love to hear what you think! Now you've got me wondering -- time travel? reincarnation? ghosts?

I've seen this around but this is the first time I've read the blurb. Sounds interesting. Good luck!
